Tips for taking care of the oily T zone

How many of you have oily skin? Even if some people do not have oily skin, they also have oily T areas, especially those with mixed skin. I belong to the first type of oily skin, so I have problems with the oily T area. T-Zone includes your forehead, nose, wrap around mouth and Chin area. Usually the T zone is more oily than other skin because it has many oil glands.

The oily T-zone causes more breakthrough and blocked pores, resulting in black and white heads around the area. Moreover, problems in the T zone of the oil field usually increase during the summer. Therefore, we need to take care of this part of the skin very well to avoid the above problems. I am sharing some tips you can follow and include them in your daily skin care regime.

let's start! • Use a mild oil-free cleaner to wash your face 4-5 times a day. If you don't want to use detergent every time, you can squeeze a piece of lime in cold water and use it to wash your face to remove excess oil.

• Use a cotton ball with frozen rose water to clean the T-zone at least twice a day - preferably before you wake up and before going to sleep at night.

• Try to avoid using any heavy cream or cosmetics in the area. I like to use light moisturizers and water-based cosmetics in this area. • Take an ice cube and wrap it in a fine cloth. Gently wipe your T-zone every morning and then apply any makeup. You can also follow this tip for the full face to keep excess oil away from your face for a longer period of time. • Soak excess oil with blotting paper or paper towels. I use it every 3-4 hours to prevent my T zone from shining!

• If you don't want to wash your face again and again, use a convenient antibacterial face towel. • Avoid using liquid foundations and use mineral powder based foundations in Zone T, especially in summer.

• Do not avoid using toner. You can use rose water, milk or lemon juice diluted in water as the basic natural toner. Let them refrigerate for a refreshing refreshing effect. • Massage the area with aloe vera gel before going to bed. You can also use it on your face.

• Use gelatin cream or homemade oatmeal and lemon scrub to remove keratin and keep pores as smooth as possible. This is to keep those black and white heads! • Use a clay mask in the T area and remove excess oil once a week. The clay absorbs the excellent oil and cleans the area.

So these are some things I want to share with you. I hope they will help. Let me know more ideas to keep my T zone oil!
